Further to our announcements dated 29 July 2011, 3 August 2011, 22 November 2011, 20 December 2011 and 15 March 2012 pertaining to the above subject matter.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the new solicitors, Messrs. KC Wan & Co. has handed a copy of Notice of Change of Solicitors today and the said counsel Mr KC Wan has appeared before the Learned Judge and informed the Court that he has taken over the conduct of this matter from previous solicitors, Messrs Kheng Hoe & Partners.

Further, the new Trial dates have been fixed on 11 May 2012 and 12 June 2012. The next Case Management has been fixed on 5 April 2012.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Court has vacated the Trial scheduled on 21 March 2012 and 22 March 2012 due to the recent Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Tepat Pesona Sdn Bhd and MESB Berhad on 9 January 2012.

Further, the Court has fixed 21 March 2012 as the next Case Management date in order for the new solicitors, Messrs. KC Wan & Co. to file in their Notice of Change of Solicitors to take over conduct of the above said matter accordingly.

MOU BTW MESB DEV SDN BHD AND UMHSB

Refer to the MESB’s announcement made on 24 February 2012 and further discussion with UMHSB, the Board of Directors of MESB wishes to announce that both Parties concluded that there will be no formal agreement to be entered into by both Parties to the effect of MOU after the duration of MOU. Accordingly, the MOU shall be null and void and shall have no effect against each Party.
