We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 10 June 2021. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that during the case management at the High Court of Kuala Lumpur on 25 June 2021, the Court has fixed a hearing date on 17 September 2021 for an application to stay the proceeding pending disposal of appeal filed by the other defendants. The Court further fixed a case management on 20 September 2021 for pre-trial direction. The Company will make further announcement on any material development arising from the above matter as and when necessary. This announcement is dated 25 June 2021. |
