MESB BERHAD (“MESB” or “the Company”)
– Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between MESB Development Sdn Bhd (197822-T) and Uniutama Management Holdings Sdn Bhd (483831-M)(“UMHSB”)
Further to MESB’s announcement made on 28 February 2011, the Board of Directors’ of MESB wishes to announce that to date, the MOU is still under negotiation and discussion for finalization.
