We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 26 August 2019, 4 September 2019, 18 October 2019, 6 November 2019, 12 February 2020 and 25 March 2020.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the decision date on 18 May 2020 has been adjourned and a new decision date will be notified by the Court in due course.
The Company will make further announcement on any material development arising from the above matter as and when necessary.
