We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 10 October 2019 and its subsequent Announcements in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of MESB, KAF Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the Private Placement comprising 10,200,000 Placement Shares at RM0.425 per Placement Share. The said issue price of RM0.425 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.65% from the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of MESB Shares up to and including 25 November 2019 of approximately RM0.4704 per MESB Share.
